About CTS Protective Services

CTS Protective Services is a family owned and operated ADT Authorized Dealer specializing in residential and commercial security. Founded in 2003 by Chris and Teri Sullivan, CTS was born out of a desire to create a company that valued the importance of treating employees with respect and providing customers with superior work and service.

Chris and Teri Sullivan have worked in the security industry since 1988 and after gaining 15 years of experience they decided to begin their own company. Chris knew that as a small business it would be of paramount importance to join forces with a company that was known as the #1 provider of security monitoring in North America.  After being accepted to the ADT Authorized Dealer Program, CTS Protective Services was formed and began to operate with one employee, Chris Sullivan.  With an eagerness to grow his dream, Chris met new potential customers, installed each security system and oversaw every aspect of the company. 

 

As CTS began to build a respectable reputation in the Chattanooga area, they were able to expand the company and move their operations to 3022 Lafayette Road in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia (just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee).  Formerly Teri's father's printing company, CTS’ new location allowed them to expand the business and has served as a launching pad for what is now the 10th largest ADT Authorized Dealer in North America.
